It's fascinating to view Hajrudin and Loki through Harald, and Buggy and Teach through Rocks, and compare them all.
Loki was everything Elbaph wanted: strong, brave, smart. Yet, was cursed.
Hajrudin was everything Harald wanted: kind, unifying, brave. Yet, cursed by his own kingdom.
Hajrudin, like Harald, wants to make peace, and doesn't want to directly fight the WG, but will if necessary, unlike Harald bowing down.
Loki, like Rocks, just wants destruction/rule, like Teach.
Buggy, like Harald, was making his way by working with the WG; now, Buggy is building his empire by killing Marines, while Rocks built his threw Davy Back and destroying Pirate Crews.
You can see how Luffy has already changed Buggy and Hajrudin's perspectives: Buggy can give Shanks credit all he wants, the person who taught Buggy to actually go after his dreams again is Luffy. Before Luffy/Usopp, Hajrudin did seem a little prejudice towards humans, and Luffy broke through that completely.
I really think Luffy will make Teach/Loki realize that, even if the WG is evil, replacing them with new Leadership isn't going to change anything: the entire system needs to be reworked, it doesn't matter who's in charge.
