Everything about Thriller Bark ties back to Wano.

Thriller Bark was the first arc that mentioned Wano

First arc where we see Ryuma(Granted he was a Zombie)

It is also the arc where Kaido is first name dropped

And Moria who is apparently a Kozuki that was raised in the Ringo Region of Wano, was also the main villain of the Thriller Bark arc.

Harald has the standing and has even the lore because It seems Erbaf is a key piece in the fight against Imu (the Harley).
