Stussy had to shield Vegapunk so she was forced to take Lucci hit. We see in a direct combat Lucci cannot land a hit on Stussy.
Lucci fainted he was 1 shot. Stussy could have killed him if she wanted.
Lucci vs Sanji is an extreme diff fight. Tbf I fail to see which stat Lucci has over Sanji after Egghead. Maybe endurance because of awakening but Sanji has exoskeleton.

Apoo also blocked Zoro and Drake attack doesn't mean anything.

Sanji got exoskeleton so it's Vergo who will break his legs this time.
Lucci is the definition of sore loser. He's like Jorge Masvidal while Stussy is like Colby Covington.
Masvidal cannot beat Colby at octagon so he tried to sneak attack him. Lucci cannot hit Stussy in a straight combat without hostage so he tried to get revenge by using Vegapunk as a hostage.
I would have more respect for Lucci if he got revenge by beating her in a fair combat. Lucci till now still hasn't shown anythong to be put above Stussy.
Putting on sleep =/= KO.
Stussy putting Lucci on sleep was similar to Caesar capturing Luffy by removing oxygen or Yeti Cool Brothers sniping Zoro or Caesar's fodders kidnapping Sanji, Nami and Franky.
This is real KO though.

Except Stussy 1 shot Lucci in a fair combat. Lucci tried to attack her but failed. Lucci knew Stussy had sea stone and still got 1 shot. Luffy did not know about Caesar df. The moment he knew he blitzed Caesar in a fair combat. Lucci never beat Stussy in a fair combat.
So like Masvidal the sore loser. Cannot beat Colby in a fair combat then resorted to sneak attack. That's the definition of sore loser.
Equal clash with CoA Luffy without gigantification. Any YC can have equal clash with that Luffy like Vista and Crocodile had equal clash with Mihawk lol.
Luffy never used FS against Lucci. That how much Luffy underestimated Lucci. The moment Luffy was serious, Lucci cannot hit Luffy even when Luffy was sleeping.
Your problem is you overrate Zoro.
Stussy was never reduced to Franky tier when she never got 1 shot in a fair combat like Lucci lol. If Stussy is Franky tier then Lucci is Usopp tier.

Lucci also oneshotted Sentomaru, which allegedly Kizaru couldn't do, Sentomaru could block and evade attacks from Kizaru, he couldn't do anything at all to stop Lucci
That said, as soon as Zoro went serious he casually beat Lucci
He dodged Lucci's best attack and incapacitated Lucci for the rest of the arc - he wanted to go save Kaku but couldn't, had to beg Mars to spare him - and that was when Zoro didn't use Ashura or a big King of Hell/Adv CoC version of Three Sword Style moves
I mean, he made a move on the spot just to troll Lucci so there's that telling all
But that has to do with Zoro being strong, not Lucci weak, Lucci has his previously established feats of clashing with Gear 5 Luffy and enduring Gear 5 named moves
Plus trashing Atlas and Sentomaru and Stussy
Shanks didn't have to be a human shield for Koby, he blocked Akainu's punch... Zoro didn't have to be a human shield for Nami, he blocked Mr 1's attack... Luffy didn't have to be a human shield for Law, he blocked Doflamingo's attack
