Dude, nobody says fights should be the priority. I'm saying fighting should be more focused like before when characters actually used their brain in fights instead of some Haki dickmeasuring contest. I never completed X&Y

I got back to Pokemon during Gen 6.

Played Gen 1 to 3, then took a break during Gen 4 and 5.

I did eventually played Gen 4 and 5 later on.

Exactly they cannot accept newer and more convoluted, complex, oversaturated or flanderised is better.

I actually prefer much newer versions of games usually but Pokemon my god, I've wanted to get back into it but like 1000 pokemon unironically or close to it and such convoluted, meticulous mechanics now? fuck that! I quit around Ruby and Sapphire, it peaked around there for me.

They don't understand the beauty of simplicity at times.

Only thing that pulls W7/EL down for me is that it was the first time where I thought “at least one side character should’ve died this arc” like invading a government island and fighting a buster call and every single member of the franky family and galley la crew surviving kinda dropped it for me

But then again, nobody died is better than fake deaths like Igaram, Pell and Conis' dad

One major strength about W7 / EL is, it wasn't only about "enemy too strong!!". Well, the enemy was so strong too, W7 Lucci actually bested both Luffy and Zoro in 1 vs 2.
But it wasn't only about that, there are internal conflicts too like Usopp drama, Merry nearing her limit and Robin leaving the crew. Maybe the most complicated arc in OP history

You know, it was odd how ACoC was rarely used in Egghead but I liked the use of DF in this arc and how Luffy had to deal with enemies whom he couldn't even truly damage.

Then in Elbaf when the Holy Knights were also immortal, we got from Gaban this "You can't hurt them? ACoC is the key baby" instead of some creative way to damage the Holy Knights. So what are the other strawhats supposed to do? Sitting on their ass while the ACoC guys fight the immortal warriors?

Ironically I've bought BOTW and Tears of The Fandom but not played them as my addictions to Hyrule Warriors but also a little of Advance Wars, Mario Kart and Smash Bros took over, whoopsie!

I'm gonna play them for sure soon. Definitely. But oh man, you should have seen my reaction when Hyrule Warriors got a sequel but it's based on BOTW instead and now we get ANOTHER HW game but it's based on TOTK or whatever!

It was NEVER tired to me, it was PERFECT and aside from the wolf link awful gameplay and forced repetitive tedium of it, Twilight Princess was the ULTIMATE Zelda game for me in many ways and the best successor OOT could have ever asked for, especially given who the Hero's Shade is too ofc.

Doffy is an opportunist, his main goal would be to dethroned Imu. Meaning a betrayal arc aka plenty of opportunities for Oda to white wash Doffy

Just find another way to defeat them. I.e throwing them in the ocean, freezing them (Lindbergh has a freeze ray), trap them in an incredibly hard material, etc.
