Well he was definitly worse than Luffy, idk about worse than Roger, Roger murdered Squardo's entire crew, that's a kaido level of villany, but being worse than them, doesn't = Being evil, also the buster call if there really was one had nothing to do with Rocks, the world goverment summons buster calls to deal with every inconvience

You know if anything, even though he wanted to recruit Harald, Rocks might’ve wanted to be king of Elbaph, or God valley.

He failed to take the throne of Mary Geoise, it’s okay for him to try to be king elsewhere. The navy was on to him, maybe they’re the wrong ones instead of evil?

I presented options, neither of which were saying pre-Nika Luffy > Xebec.

A fight where it's established that they're holding back, so meaningless for scaling. Harald could very well be the issue here since he's the only one we've seen clash with Xebec. If it turns out that Xebec and Roger do skysplit, then Harald is undoubtedly the weak link in their clash.

But I reckon now we are at the level of pushing Harald (Rocks equal) as weaker than pre Nika 1026 Luffy.
Those two made a Better Clash than Kaido and Luffy 16 years ago, now made bigger lightnings than Imu, but one of them May be weaker than 1026 Luffy lol.

Not to mention this Is prime Xebec not deferting a conflicted pre-Nika Luffy too.


Btw, maybe Roger and Xebec will skyplit, becuase It seems It's pirate thing.

Rox is the one who is introduced as Roger's greatest enemy.
And Roger fought for 3 days while he was sick with a man who gained a title that Harald and Rox couldn't.
Shiki respected Roger so much that he would rather Roger be killed by pirates.
Kaidou constantly hyped Roger and his Haki

Kuzan and Garp’s Haki destroyed stone buildings and sent them flying, no mere Yonko Haki can accomplish that.

But regardless, Rocks and Harald’s Haki spanned 5 kilometers, Kaido and Big Mom’s Haki can’t even span Kaido’s basement

Well, we all assumed It was GV, which was very unexpexted but on the other hand Harald bacame to big of a character to not be there.

The dude was the true pal of Xebe and PK level fighter. He was in the top 5 of the world at least.

Gave me a little bit of Noland and Calgara vibes. Only that they didn't see each other again. Hopefully Rocks and Harald will find a more positive ending.
