By portrayal Roger/Rocks/WB/Warp should be bit above but I doubt we will get feats to prove that.

It really isn't easy seeing someone like Roger being more powerful than Kaido if Kaido has every advanced haki type just like Roger + better physical stats and a cool fruit.

As cool as WB was at MF, he was laughable when compared to his prime version, even his sons couldn't believe how much weaker he got, the man was having trouble using even basic haki, let alone advanced haki.

We know via Gaban's words that you can still improve even when you unlock advanced versions of every haki, haki control is key.

All just use ACOC. There's honestly no reason for Rayleigh and Gaban to fight the same. No one in the crew is any different. And now we have the same with Rocks and Harald, who are (probably) the top 2 in recent years

Agreed. Kaido has everything. Roger will have stronger haki but waido has DF to cover the haki gap.
