It’s actually crazy how people will see Harald fighting on par with Rocks and then just say “yeah, hajrudin will never be strong”
there is no world where Haj doesn’t become a top tier by EoS.
he has one of the most stacked lineages of all time, being son of Harald and brother to Loki. It’s literally comparable to Luffy or Shanks.
he also likewise has a kingly ambition. One he needs to accomplish to aid Luffy in the final war.
it’s not a question of if hajrudin will be a top tier. It’s how Oda goes about it.

luffy is a terrorist that directly declared war against the WG then double downed and punched a CD in the face then tripled downed breaking into ID, freeing thousands of notorious criminals, then escaped and entered the MF war with those same forces..... hes worked directly with other pirates who've committed heinous acts for his own personal gain. Is Luffy evil?!

The majority of them are... The world government is evil, The Marines are (generally) evil, The Blackbeard pirates are evil, Cross guild is evil, etc.
The source for this is the narrator, not the government saying he's wiped out entire towns.
Luffy has done evil things, but we can consider him overall not evil, because he has done more good things than bad. But yeah, freeing Impel down prisoners is evil....

There is simply no way Hajrudin, a bastard, can become giant king if he’s not a top tier. He’s not a true royal by birth, he must prove himself.
He either gets a massive haki awakening or a DF, but he will get something.
Typically the fandom has used admirals/yonko as the benchmark for top tier
but Rocks mid diffed an admiral. Shanks also one shot a 3 billion berry pirate. Neither of them are as strong as Imu or Joyboy.
So power creep still allows for EoS Haj to be a top tier, as fitting of Harald’s son and the giant king, while still being significantly below Luffy or his wings.
Ultimately Hajrudin isnt a weakling. He has the strength of a giant, something few characters can match. When he inevitably unlocks CoC, he’ll basically have a one way ticket to becoming a top tier.

Why wouldn’t it? Elbaf is a nation of might warriors, and the royal bloodline is supposed to maintain the blood of the powerful ancient giants. Strength is undeniably tied to kingship.

@Monkey D Theories Hajrudin don't have ancient giant blood like harald/Loki.
I just noticed that Oda does the same circular effect for Law’s shockwaves.
Puncture Wille is like Rocks‘ signature attack but on roids, island-level of power plus a concentrated internal attack. Law is really himothy.
