Dude I was playing Halo Reach today and here is what happened
I was with a NPC and I was going to get into a car and drive to the next zone
The NPC does not get in
I say "Ok I guess I will go by myself"
The moment I start driving, literally the moment I press W, the NPC comes to get in
I wait for it to get in
We go to the next zone
He does not shoot the enemy aliens
The car gets attacked with a sticky bomb
I go Ok man you're on your own if you won't shoot
I leave the car and go and defeat the aliens
I go Ok let me go to my car and drive to the next zone
Dude guess what
The NPC took the car ( while I was away fighting ), drove to the next zone, and was just sitting still with 3 enemies shooting at him, him being invincible

It's possible, although I feel if they interact, Kidd will have no respect for bb.
However, I do believe Kidd will be the one to take down Shanks. Kidd clearly cared a lot for Victoria and the ship. Shanks was directly responsible for their destruction. People keep saying, "Oh, there was a mixup with Shamrock"... I doubt it. And if anything, when Kidd returns, his focus will be on Shanks and his crew 100%.
And also..the. overwhelming similarities in their character design i think indicates there's more than what we know...
And as I've said many times...interestingly oda has never let them have any direct dialogue
