BB is not a clear cut villain.

He's a chill guy with questionable and sometimes dark morals, that's it.

His one real "villain action" was killing Thatch - I'll give you that. Even the whole Ace situation wasn't evil at all. Ace himself went after him and even then BB did everything to convince Ace to join him without violence. Then Ace attacked. Him delivering Ace to the WG was just a simple business decision, too. He actually even told Luffy that he cheers for him and that there is a chance that he can free Ace.

Compare that to Imu & Co. - they are 1000 times more evil/villainous than BB.

I am sorry but I cannot ignore here that BB is not just tolerating but openly endorsing and supporting someone like Devon.

Yeah i've been thinking that especially since Xebec was revealed as his father too. Would make sense. I have a strong belief either Yasopp or Banchina is a Marshall too, imo its Yasopp as Marshall can relate to Sheriffs too and I used to believe Shanks and co were meant to have a Sheriff and thus cowboy/gunslinger theme.

I think Usopp is both a Marshall and a Montblanc and will be revealed as a D sooner or later, he shot down the WG flag after all but he ironically got called a "God" by people and hunted down by "self declared Gods" too and had bounties put on him by them (Doflamingo I mean). Usopp being a D would be fitting imo and if he does ever die during the story as a brave warrior too like he wanted to, then dying with a smile like a D would be perfect too.

It also leads to the question of how did they get Uranus to move without the flame

But again, its not about them. Roger is there for Shakky. Garp is there for Roger. Xebec is there to protect his family.

Garling is there for his own reasons with Saturn. Thats about them, it has nothing to do with anyone else.

And theres no indication that Uranus cant move without mother flame, only that it cant be fired without it.
