Ginny was Morgan’s connect for information, journalists often don’t just “find things out”, they have an active network of moles and informants.

Having a free-willed slave as such makes total sense for someone like Morgans who isn’t just morally ambiguous, he’s morally inept.

Every time they send people to take out luffy his ass would get save there no making the WG look good and luffy saying alive.
Kuzan could kill his ass after EL but he say well it all cool that robin got friends lol .
Even when smoker capture the man when he was just on the seas for few weeks you had dragon saving his ass.
