We will see clashes during God Valley but never a full on fight.
Unless it involves Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji, Oda doesn't care about other fights.
Look at how he treated Inu vs Jack.
Even Kid and Law vs Big Mom, didn't get the same amount of focus as Luffy vs Kaido.
As much as I would like to see a full fight between Whitebeard vs Garling or Xebec vs Roger and Garp, I don't think we are going to see any of that.
It's going to be clashes, off screen, something will happen, Xebec gets killed, and then the aftermath.

Honestly I'm fine with not seeing PH, I just wish we got to see more of Kizaru vs Luffy and Kuzan vs Garp's offscreen bits in detail.

It's actually annoying. The whole idea of Admirals having non-DF skills is so cool, but there's barely any elaboration on how that works.
It's impossible to tell if Kizaru is even using advanced haki in EH. It's also kinda weird how despite training Sento he never shows offensive moves with barrier haki similar to Ashigara Dokkoi.

Exactly it wasn't said that. It was more generic like Garp and Roger joined forces against Rocks pirates. Garps and the marines with him. Roger and the pirates with him. Against Rocks and the pirates with him.
