That would make sense considering Roger and Garp end up fighting Rocks.

Its probably how Dragon is able to steal away one of the Figarland children into a chest.

I wouldnt like it, imo this event will be what causes him to leave the marines but he wont fight anyone. He might save the kids and put them in chests but that will be it.

He probably returned to the marine ship he was serving on after the event ended and he cant very well take a bunch of kids with him there. It all makes sense to me.
