I actually feel pretty bad for Shakky. The girl has been lusted over by everyone since like forever that she was forced to retire in the butthole of the world, likely even selling her body for years for protection, only for that protection to fail and then she's kidnapped and likely passed around for whole year like a fleshole by ugly ass Wang Zhi and his cohorts, only for her to be sold to become a sex slave or at best the trophy wife of some scumbag CD.

The amount of shit and trains she endured through out the years would make a porn star blush. She's the world's number one professional train rider at this point.

The lesson here is that as much as beauty could be a blessing, it could also be a great curse for women in this world.

Situations like what happened with Wang Zhi. The way I see it, since the world won't leave her alone for her beauty, she would prefer offering herself on her own terms than being captured and then forced into becoming someone's plaything.

Just realized it was very possible Oda skipped over Rocky port because of how he's framed this flashback

Ochoku betrays Rocks, and possibly is the reason Garling even finds out about Teach in the first place. Its unknown if hes the reason the Marines were fed information earlier too, but likely now.

Given the events of God Valley, Teach loses both parents, while Ochoku gains the island after his death.

After all of this, it allows us to see Rocky Port with the context that Blackbeard gets revenge on Ochoku for family reasons and he takes back Pirate Island mirroring his father.

So yeah hopefully this gets a few pages at some point just so we can see it.

This chapter confirms that Harald is Whitebeard parallel to Rocks's Roger parallel. With each of them it ends with a talk before their death. Roger drinking with WB revealing the meaning of D. Rocks drinking with Harald revealing Davy bloodline. Its interesting there are so many parallels with Rocks and Roger, Whitebeard and Harald.
