My only guess is that the wealthiest big shots in the world saw that Shakky got captured, they got depressed and stopped doing business because they won't have a chance to take her anymore.

That lacks development. She was a pirate. Pretty much the only people who knew her beauty was the pirates and civilians she attacked. And the only ones who ever tried to do something against her were the pirates she went against.

There is something off with the two children of Davy D. Xebec. Since we only see Teach, it's probably linked to his ability to have many DFs and never sleep. Probably some gift or curse linked to the Davy Jones lineage. Antic weapon or tantamount ?
