Shakky looks like she's cuffed. Obviously, Rayleigh will be the one to save her since she loves him, and they end up married. But I wonder if this was somewhat planned from the start since Oda chose to debut Rayleigh by having him liberate Camie from a human auction, and he destroyed her cuffs using Internal Destruction. Even his parallel Zoro was the one who obtained the correct key from his fight with Kaku to free Robin from her cuffs.
Garling is potentially shaping up to be Rayleigh's opponent to cut down before reaching Shakky, but his "Champion of God Valley" title makes that questionable. Rayleigh won't lose, but it seems Garling also won at God Valley. Before this chapter, I was leaning toward Rayleigh defeating the skull-masked Holy Knight since he looks demon-like or occult-themed. Rayleigh's epithet, Meiō (冥王), is associated with the underworld, so they would fit thematically. Maybe we will see a Holy Knight die on-panel. A duel with Garling would be more hype, though.
The Dark King hype is coming, and it's coming after these present-day Gaban chapters. Oda is a troll in that he's giving Ray a much bigger moment and a win so soon after.
