Also Sanji get a powerup with the Raidsuit too, with even let Franky and Ussop looking shocked about the power.

Yes, Raid Suit is a powerup. But if he's not wearing it, it's not. And it's not THAT big of a boost either.

Indeed it is not the same Sanji, as Sanji has fought stronger ever since Punk Hazard and even without it he would still be much stronger than in PH since this is a Shonen manga where the MC and his friends magically grow stronger over time and each arc even when they don't fight strong foes.

Doflamingo and Vergo have long stopped being strong foes for the Straw Hats just like Baroque Works agents would have been in Enies Lobby arc.

When you get proven wrong about wanking Yonko commanders, your only escape is "BUT BUT TIME HAS PASSED", while there are absolutely 0 major powerups, 0 major fights, or anything besides the RS.

The Yonko Saga is an extension of PH/Dressrosa like Kaido mentioned. This isn't a 2 year time skip.

Until Wano Sanji had manyfights, Vergo vs Sanji, Doffy vs Sanji, Yonji vs Sanji, Judge vs Sanji, Daifuku vs Sanji, Sanji vs ministers.
Lot of things happen after his battle with Vergo, many weeks pass since the event in PH, Luffy don´t cross Whole Cake island only to take a vet lvl character back.

Luffy is the best example how strong wano characters are, just look Ulti and Pageone who show better feats then Vergo.
At least the commanders should be above Doffy, if Sanji can match them it doesn´t mean they are weak, it show that Sanji get improved a lot.
