If I knew for example that Coca-cola employees celebrated that death and they still working there I'd stop buying Coca-cola. So it is only natural if the company fires them.

Every single one of them that holds that belief is wrong but it doesn’t mean they deserve to be killed or that they can’t grow as people and change their beliefs. Islamic people in other countries are starting to leave the outdated parts of their religion behind.
