who beat Rocks was never stated. But seeing as how Roger has an entire crew with him, and they fought to save the CDs meaning the hk most likely fought with them, it's pretty fair to assume Roger pirates and the hk fought the Rocks crew while Garp and Roger fought Rocks

After the Rocks flashback, I don't trust ANY WG propaganda AT ALL.

Garp probably fought Rocks, a bit, but I don't think he took him down.

Harald took down Domi Reversi Rocks, after Rocks turned after finding his Wife dead; Roger and Garp team up to fight Gunk-Imu.

Dorry and Brogy were fighting the Gorosei with no problem, then got ruined by Gunk-Imu immediately.

The biggest threat on God Valley is Gunko, and I see no reason as to why Imu won't start wilding out when things go south. The Human Hunts are broadcast live to Marijoa: Imu's going to show up sooner or later, and how many people here actually have the Supreme King Haki to fight Imu?

Garp was given credit to cover up the incident.
