no Kaido and Big Mom are not at the Top. you trying to put them with Whitbeard makes no sense here, old gen had only 1 at the top person and that was Whitbeard it was not like Rogers gen where multiple people were at the top it was a complete stalemate because Whitbeard did not care to get the one piece but at the same time did not let Kaido/Big mom have it.

Tbh Koby has better haki feats than Kid or Law, who are Luffy’s pirate rivals.

None of them are rivals, they´re all more like his friends/cheerleaders. The equivlent would be like Krillen and Tien. Sure at one point they were relevant to Luffy powerwise, but not now that he´s clearly had the game rigged for him with the asspull god fruit.

Luffy, Teach,Loki and maybe Zoro are special and will surpass old gen characters. The rest of the preteens and twenty something bums will probably never be above any Admirals or Yonkos, let alone Prime Garp/Roger/Harald/Rocks level characters.
