lmfao power of love isn't the counter or gaban would have mentioned it already
y'all gotta let that shit go
sanji is getting conq haki
Except Gaban can't do shit With Power of love.
Same goes with garp.

None of them conjure fire like sanji does.

Luffy can't command zunesha or Sea kings either with voice of all things.

It's really a matter of reading comprehension at this point.

semi-gag. Sanji is a gag based fighter that's why humour is always involved in his match ups.

Hell's memories is clearly a gag but it is also a powerup at the same time. Oda really blurs the lines with Sanji.

Power of love offence = flames of burning passion (and yes Sanji internally combusts from sheer anger at being trapped on an island with trans women lol)

Power of love defence = exoskeleton because Sanji is able to use his body as a shield for others thanks to the drug Sora took which lets him retain his personality

Clearly Sanji vs Kizaru clash was to demonstrate the power of exoskeleton, Sanji calls it "love."

What a great thing to bet on Lanji:seriously:
After Gaban showed this ability, Sanji will get it too unless Oda wants to mess with him
The power of love is probably another name for coc because the two people who talk about it before Sanji have coc and somehow refer to this ability
Even when Garp was able to hurt Luffy he said this is the power of love and Luffy can't be hurt without Haki

In the 5% chance that Sanji does not get CoC, his answer to regeneration will probably be ifrit jambe. He never used it directly on the Gorosei, only Diable Jambe. When they don't regenerate, they will be confused, and he will say the same gag line "my heart/passion burns hotter than anything."

The othe 95% chance is that Sanji sees Zoro damage an immortal with CoC, and then awakens it himself.

An important distinction between Zoro and Sanji is that Zoro has more intrinsic motivation than Sanji. That is why CoC was a more internal struggle for him and why enma was his powerup (to draw it from within).

Sanji is more extrinsically motivated. Usually his blooms are to protect others, and he gets stronger to compete with Zoro. So if Sanji sees Zoro doing something "better" than him, his response will be to try to one up him.

So no, I don't think CoC is the "only route" for the immortals to be damaged. But it is the "common route." Same how ryuo was the main counter to Kaido's scales (at least 11 fighters used it against him), but not the only one (sound waves, gamma knife, crushing).
