Hell's memories is clearly a gag but it is also a powerup at the same time. Oda really blurs the lines with Sanji.

Power of love offence = flames of burning passion (and yes Sanji internally combusts from sheer anger at being trapped on an island with trans women lol)

Power of love defence = exoskeleton because Sanji is able to use his body as a shield for others thanks to the drug Sora took which lets him retain his personality

Clearly Sanji vs Kizaru clash was to demonstrate the power of exoskeleton, Sanji calls it "love."

Coc seems like too big a power up for Sanji to receive now in Elbaf, maybe in the future. If he receives it now he will be stronger than Zoro Lol. I think Oda will try to be creative against regeneration, I don't believe Zoro or Sanji will really receive a power up now or power of love bullshit.

Honestly I hope Zoro and Sanji get powerups this arc, even if it feels unnatural. I'd like for this series to speed up its pacing and get to the final war as soon as possible.

IF Sanji is matched up against a Knight of God, let's say Sommers, and remains incapable of using ACoC Haki, then I can see him succeeding through battlefield removal.

Robin's plan to save the Elbaph children was to get Sommers out of range, which would undo the current effects of his thorn powers. Sanji could do this by simply kicking Sommers away and keeping him at that distance. He wouldn't be able to put Sommers down for good, but he would succeed in his objective.

However, it's also possible that Sanji might entirely remove Sommers from Elbaph Island. I believe there's a distance limit to how far away you can be from the Abyss summoning points. This would explain why Marcus Mars respawned in Mary Geoise after being blasted away. Sky Walk should be useful here.

Sanji will either unlock ACoC or will be given a more unique way to deal with them I.e. power of love. It’s a win/bigger win scenario for Sanji fans because what we know for certain is that Sanji will deal with the immortality this arc.
