He doesn't have any weapon, devil fruit, special durability and his raw punching strenght is ~ to that of a logia fruit merchant so haki is the only thing he has that make him able to fight top tiers

It's entirely possible Shanks' Sword has the Gryphon Fruit.

And then the vegapunks didn't want anything to do with Franky's laser which has even greater dura negation.

If the God's Knights/Gorosei are weak to high level Electromagnetic Radiation, especially in the form of laser beams...

Kidd with Adv CoC is like the WG's natural enemy

This explains why Damned Punk was able to injure Linlin: it's an Electromagnetic Railgun blasting through her Haki defenses.
