One of the reason I think Neko/Inu were so much stronger than the other Minks is that they were trained in Ryuo/Wano swordsmanship.
Channeling Electro into your enemy via Ryuo would be very dangerous/explain why Neko/Inu could pierce Jack's Ancient Zoan durability.
Carrot/Wanda with Ryuo Electro should be a lot more powerful and be able to bypass the defenses of characters like Perospero using his Fruit to make Candy Shields.

But cracked one did two things, destroyed marineford and made a path of crew to escape separating the ground right there where alainu fell. Akainu did not take much damage there compared to the bubble one.
He was furious yes. Attack was strong yes. But again no where near Island level AP which I'm speaking against.
Well, again that goes back to his intention. Did he intend to deliver most of the damage to Akainu himself, or the environment?. Seeing as the attack traveled in a wave rather than being a targeted technique, like when he tilted the sea then I'm more inclined to believe that most of the damage was done at the point of contact, the rest was collateral. Think of it like the shockwave after an explosion, it gets weaker the further away it gets from its point of origin. Again, WB was trying to take Akainu out, that's what he was focused on. Using real world science doesn't apply to a magical application to tremors and quakes. Even if we do, as was explained previously, the hypocenter is where the highest amount of energy is. If other areas suffer more damage that's just due to their topography.
I don't think people realize Enel destroyed Birka with just his Fruit, without the Ark Maxim.
Enel's only issue is Armament/CoC Haki, he is literally top tier in every other aspect.
If Enel ended up with a true top tier, like Shiki, and got legit Haki training, he's going to become a total nightmare to deal with.
Luffy loses to Enel with pretty much every other Fruit handily. Like, I can make a legit case Enel still beats Zoro or Sanji in a 1v1, same with Yamato. He's that fucking strong.
The Pacifista having lasers is a bigger deal than we thought, if those lasers just bypass Haki.
Radical Beam might actually be one of the strongest solo attacks in the series right now. It sounds crazy to say this, but, like, when the fuck does Big Mom bother guarding against anything? Off the top of my head, it's just been this, and her telling Kaido to dodge the Flying Dragon Blaze from Zoro/Enma, right?
Franky has probably been low-Warlord tier most of the post-time-skip, the only person who's actually fucked him up is Senor Pink, and that was partially because they refused to dodge each other.
Just needs Mama Stussy to travel to Wano with Chimerapunk, and teach her daughter Rokushiki.

I've been thinking of a character to take Momo + Carrot to Elbaph, when either Teach or the WG invades Wano.
Since I think Chimerapunk went to Wano (lots of resources, Straw Hat allied territory), I could see Stussy helping Momo and Carrot escape whoever invades. We saw the OG Stussy meet Loki in Elbaph. I can see Stussy wanting to look after Bonney, too.
