I also had Ratchet and Hayumi possible scum and with Ratchets flip I believe that clears Hayumi
So my primary suspects are either dead or cleared

technically i could maaaaaaybe see a world where it's 4D chess move, where he tagged someone inactive shortly before day ends knowing they won't be here to respond if he expected to die (maybe it's some ability from one of his scummates and there's some synergy we don't know about) and make this person look bad, but just because it's technically possible, doesn't mean it's likely

2. He could have been the one culted during last day phase which would also explain Luigi’s sudden defense of him?

Also for the argument that Waluigi wouldn’t tie himself to an ally in such a bold way, the more I think about it the more it just becomes obvious he did.
Because what is the possible explanation for fake claiming a mason chat and HARD CLAIMING knowing Red Night’s role if neither of those were true statements. He even said Red Night could confirm they were in a mason chat and mechanically confirmed which obviously was likely to happen had he showed up before EOD. Otherwise Red night would have just hard sussed him if none of that was true, and Luigi would have looked far worse.
