Lol not every arcs needs to be have fights or 1vs1 , dickheadArc just ended and you know how fights went.
And now in elbaf especially since this not the end of dogKNIGHTS this their intro into the story,
That's my opinion is no one will be defeated and they will be just forced to retreat nothing else.
If their plane failed to conquer elbaf then they don't have a reason to stay.

Then you ask who is the main villain or fight here , well maybe elbaf is not that arc you are expected to be
Maybe it just like zou but has some action and longer .
Or the main fight is with Rat 🐀 crew
