Except the Big Mom scene with her df, given what we got in Marineford as opening vs what we got in God valley as opening.
As I said, I get it, it is a flashback of a flashback of a flashback.
But God Valley is to big to be a "simple" flashback, that even was massive hyped and should be equivalent of the old past generation's marineford. No one is asking to much, but at least give us the panel to remind us why these guys are the strongest one... See what Whitebeard and Kuzan alone did in Marineford at the begin.
Plotwise I'm fine, it started good, but visual part so far lacks(like the most time of the flashback).
No joke but what a nerfed in seastone Loki did at Elbaf clears everything we saw so far in the flashback lol:
It is not that hard, people like Whitebeard or Shiki with df should alone be able to pull up something similar too.
So far with all the haki explosion/shockwave shit it feels like we watching high tiers fighting each other lol.
And speaking off haki, I pray that guys like Roger/Xebec/Garp show some unique power with haki, not just a shockwave/explosion shit.
A CoC skill only the strongest can get but also make it unique like every CoC mastering his haki gets a special power, like how Togashi did with Nen, make it for single CoC user unique and not having all spamming lightning trails/shockwaves.
It is so far just one chapter in god valley, let hope Oda delivers with guys like Roger,Xebec or even Whitebeard.

Even Xebec and Harald's clash, which covered all Erbaf, was visually underwhelming compared to the strongest attack we saw in MF. And that was a super top tier CoC clash.
WB isn't even using his Powers now, but when he did in the little island we had almost immediately the perception of his Power:
I am sure when the main event on GV starts, we'll see more, but the core problem for now is that no one Is using fruit Powers, which are much better in conveying strenght.
