As to how i got it:

I have ability that let's me get other abilities but it's restrictive af. I couldn't straight up ask for census but i asked for ability to get info about setup and this is how i got it. Should've thought about that earlier

Bitter can still be POE, but between both of the people she’s suggesting (RA/Orca) bare minimum has to be 1 scum among them going based off our current clears.

im not as confident on orca but RA can be safely disposed off. im just not a fan of how convenient all of this is
