A non-awakened Akainu and Aokiji throwing around large amounts of magma and ice should easily be able to achieve the same affect. Anyways, if PH was the result of Awakening, then that would mean Logia Awakening is exactly like Paramecia Awakening

Kizaru is damn near confirmed to not have Awakening or CoC atp. He’ll never get anywhere near as much focus again in the story as he did in Egghead, so he wouldn’t shown it there if he had it

Demon Slayer will change the anime industry, the new movie was so successful I just can't see other IPs not follow and make canon movies. Gojo vs Sukuna is incoming. Btw the movie was pretty fire, it's the only time I've felt something watching Demon Slayer. Upper 3 is the best the series has to offer.

The fact that Oda was willing to kill of Saturn but Borsalino came out of the arc pretty much fine means there’s still story planned for him.

True, but tbf, this is pretty common in fiction.

Yeah Awakening is clearly some bullshit powerup Oda never planned for from the beginning and he just couldn’t think of a good way to explain it. Hence why we still have nothing beyond Kaido’s vague statement. Maybe Oda will try to explain it some more in a future SBS, but odds are it’ll just make the situation more confusing (like how Oda’s explanation for how Kid got Meme’s RP was total nonsense and just raised even more questions)

Nah the upper 1 section of infinity castle is the best of that arc by a huge margin imo

Bro relax, don't spoil me. But I'm ngl the only reason I kept watching Mid Slayer was because there are real stakes and tension in the fights once you run into an upper demon, like these dudes are legitimately overpowered and for good reason. I hate shows where they try and make humans on par with opponents who have access to things like regen and other super powers. Hashira are nothing compared to upper demons, and the author does not care for plot armour when it comes to facing them, you will get mogged, doesn't matter who you are. Mugen train was the first time we learned this.

That is the single thing that sets demon slayer apart from every other battle shounen, other than this it is literally a story written by chatgpt. I didn't fully realize why I was still watching this mid series and then it hit me, when an upper demon shows up shit gets real.
