Questions & Mysteries Will Shiryu have special heritage too now?

#1
We now know that Blackbeard is the son of the Xebec, a Bucaneer and a Davy(whatever the fuck that means), so will his right hand man also have special heritage? The pattern seems that characters with special heritage usually have special heritage right hands.

Luffy's special heritage as far as we currently know is related to his dad and grandpa being pretty big names, while Zoro's is related to his ancient ancestor being a big name, while his immediate family wasn't really like that.

Roger/Rayleigh is kind of the exception, I guess? Roger had the D, but Rayleigh has nothing special. Though you could argue neither of them were really anything special, unless Roger's family line is elaborated upon in the future, they were kind of just two random guys, who unfortunately realized they weren't the chosen ones.

Kaido/King is pretty self explanatory, Kaido is an Oni while King is a lunarian, neither of them are human.

So will Shiryu follow the pattern,or sort of be outside of it like Rayleigh is?

Personally, I would assume so, since the implication seems to be that these characters are destined to meet eachother
"This meeting here is fate,Rayleigh" and Rayleigh later implies the same thing.
"it seems that there's no such thing as coincidence in this world. So maybe for some reason, Shiryu has some reason to want to ally with a D like Teach.

Shiryu is based on the dark magician Yasunori Kato from Teito Monogatari, so I've been hoping he has some secret powers or access to the Abyss

he has heavy wano connections
"of the rain" is basically a wano epithet

would be interesting if he was a good kozuki. we already have the evil kurozumis and good kurozumis. there should be a good kozuki to contrast with the idiotically retarded evil kozuki lolden.

well i guess janitor can be the good kurozumi then
Tama already is but another would be great.

Shiryuu is the rain/storm god /s.

His name means purple dragon too btw.

Shiryu (or Shiryuu) is a Japanese name that typically has two primary meanings, which depend on the kanji characters used to write it:

Purple Dragon (紫龍): This is the most common and well-known meaning, often associated with the character Dragon Shiryū from Saint Seiya. The name is also sometimes interpreted as meaning "speed" in this context.

Child Dragon (子竜): Another possible kanji combination for Shiryuu means "child dragon."

In general, the name draws heavily on the symbolic meaning of the dragon (竜/龍 - ryu or ryuu) in Japanese culture, which is associated with strength, power, wisdom, and good fortune.

Here are the common kanji and their meanings for the parts of the name:

Shi (し): Can mean "purple" (紫), "will/aim/goal" (志), "child" (子), "lion" (獅), "history" (史), or others.

Ryu/Ryuu (りゅう): Means "dragon" (龍/竜).
