You don’t need much to take down the admirals, mainly because they aren’t gods of endurance and durability like Kaidou and Big Mom—they’re “normal.” After seeing that Kizaru, the fastest admiral, while distracted dealing with other things, was easily hit by Luffy, it sealed my calculations: they are ridiculously bad in 2v1 fights.
Law is the best support for 1v2 fights and attacker, just take your eyes off him to deal with Luffy, and he appears teleported with a gamma knife ready to fry your brain with it, or blow your heart out with it, choose the organ you'll be without.

Well, can you prove to me that Fujitora can come out better against the gamma knife? Because Doffy has ways to mitigate the damage by sewing his organs together, faTtora has none of that.

Did you read the previous arc? The fastest admiral was ridiculed by Luffy every time he had to deal with anything other than Luffy—and we’re talking about the fastest.
How on earth can you not see how insanely good Law is in 1v2 fights? Just look away for a few seconds to handle Luffy, and he simply appears by your side, charging an attack, ready to obliterate the next organ—highly lethal and dangerous attacks. Fujitora, when distracted, was completely brutalized by G3 Luffy in Dressrosa. He isn’t good in 1v2 fights; nobody is, except Kaidou and Big Mom, who can afford to be distracted and shift their attention without being knocked out or heavily affected by a surprise attack because they’re monsters.
