That isn't a retcon, Big Mom considered it a debt but that doesn't mean it was actually a deal they made, Kaido pretty much just brushes off what she said instead of agreeing with it.

And I'm talking about Katakuri's Vivre Card, where's the retcon in it?

There's been AI generated livestreams running for months that "AI generate episodes" for family guy, Simpsons, spongebob etc.

It's a bit hard to explain but there's the 3D models ripped from their games in various random locations and people "generated scripts" by sending in their ideas and the AI makes it happen with voice cloning. Unsurprisingly it becomes the most stupidest, immature, jingling keys type nonsense, full on brainrot speed running as a result. Tons of spamming.

Oda also experimented with Chat GPT and enjoyed it when trying out ideas for a new arc post Wano, on the verge of starting Egghead or during the start of it.

Ai generated anime and manga will happen sooner or later too. Or at least edited to begin with.

Maybe Imu can make you ageless if you share your Soul with Imu?

So, in order to become a Gorosei, you have to give Imu part of your Soul. Same thing with whatever Gunko's position is as Imu's attendant: this fits well, since it would be 6 people, a number associated with Demonology.

If the Celestial Dragons knew reincarnation was real, it would make a lot of sense for most of them to not want to share their Soul with Imu, and be trapped in the same age/body forever.

I think this is why Mars had the dialogue he did when he looked at Vegapunk's Brain in Punk Records:

Mars almost seemed... whimsical, towards the idea of death, here.

Imu only being able to possess people who have shared their Soul with Imu makes a lot of sense.

It is possible that Imu can take over anyone who has a Mark of the Abyss, too, though.
