Ngl, I have to agree with @TheAncientCenturion : Oda is really terrible at writing good threatening villains ever since WCI. The issue is he introduces a new powerful or already existing group but then uses them as hypetools in the moment when they are supposed to show why they are feared like that.

As much as I find it funny how Garling got wrecked, this guy was the leader of the Holy Jobbers in God Valley - the same rank like Shamrock whom presumably was near Shanks level, yet he got low diffed despite having a whole ass demon army on his side. Sure, it means Xebec is too powerful but Idk...

Given the fact that he knew to blackmail Imu with hostages of the 5 kings(which is dumb, btw) isn't the implication that he already knew there was some world ruler hiding in the castle anyway? Not that it matters, since it doesn't seem like Rocks told anyone about Imu anyway.



Rocks spent enough time in the flower room for Gunko to attack him with arrows. The fact that she didn't is objectively out of character, since we saw her do the same to Sabo. And the problem with the 5 Gorosei remains. They just weren't notified about the chaos of someone kidnapping Kings for whatever reason. And knowing these 5 have teleportation, they were cool just letting Rocks travel the world and recruit a crew for over a decade, lol?

Yes but that was really stupid like he challenged got neg diffed and luck saved him thats not cool to me not in the general sense. This isnt only happened once but this one is the stupidest thing he ever did in the series by far. Even more than trying to fight against Sengoku in mf

Rocks on the other end challenges everything and everyone he beats an admral beats garling and stand against Imu i think thats what makes him cool. Like after his speech against imu he ran from marijeoa. Its not like he tried to fight him there. To each their own of course but for me Rocks is way cooler than Teach.

One Piece is legitimately a masterpiece when up against Demon Slayer. Most of its faults can be chalked up to the series being dragged for the purpose of being dragged, and the way the manga industry works. Demon Slayer was a snoozefest from day 1, it was never good.

I like demon slayer. It doesnt try to be a masterpiece its just a generic shounen manga. Its short but its generic but its good. It never tries to be something its not. Story starts and ends with muzan and its curse its just an enjoyable story.

The original Katakuri design was a male Smoothie lol. Then he just decided to "clone" Luffy and make him edgier.

Demon Slayer is literally just a bunch of popular anime tropes mashed together with no buildup whatsoever. There's very little substance in that anime, it's like if a game was just an unreal engine tech demo. That's what Demon Slayer is, the tech demo of the anime industry. It's painfully mid.
