Big Mom is also known being the "iron ballon", thus she is easily capable tanking cannon balls or withstooding Bound Man's attack output in which her arm only rattled.

Oda already did the Sanji fake out scene when Page 1 threw him. Page 1 thought he was dead then sanji bonks him from the sky.

Luffy hyping up that attack and calling it dangerous is just so that it can hype the raid suit durability again. Obvious pattern
