Jack is only fighting 5 Musketeers and Guardians right now, with help from a Number and Gifters. He will not fight the Dukes. Oda made this clear when he had Sicilian tell them to focus on Kaido instead. The Dukes will fight Kaido and get defeated, and the 5 Minks will get defeated by Jack since they are not relevant enough to take down a Calamity. Jinbe will then have to finish the job
