To be fair nobody expected Oda to do Garling this dirty, I can understand.
Like Oda made sure to give Garling no possible excuse, even giving him advantage over Xebec (another HK on his side, backed up by Davy clan transformed into immortal demons). The man likes to subvert expectations way too much lol

We Literally didn't see Sommers in this chapter lol
So thats ur answer, comment or no comment we didn't see him regenerate which means his damage isn't the same as Robin
Ray was long gone from that place anyway and Sommers still didn't chase him and Shakky, that means he can't even regenerate
If Sommers already regenerate and are shown in this chapter, then its as much damage as Robin.
But the Reality it isn't lol

Rocks himself was arguably the strongest pirate we've ever seen.
He had Whitebeard close to his prime, so easily a Yonko level character.
Big Mom close to her prime, so probaly a Yonko candidate or YRH+
Shiki close to his prime, so also YRH+
Kaido, who was at least YC2+ level before DF
Kyo, who was a rival to Shiki at some point, so probably YC level.
And then plethora of other famous pirates who are vet and YC level probably.
They would absolutely crash any other pirate crew we've seen so far, it isn't even close.
