Well, with Oda putting Kaido side by side with Rocks and Whitebeard even at 21 years old — and especially with Rocks — and giving us the impression that Kaido, at 21, was already competing for the spot of the strongest member of the Rocks crew, we can easily say that prime Kaido is PK level, which isn’t surprising at all; we’ve been scaling him above that for years.
