Excellent points man. Interesting how he became King of black drum kingdom and affiliated with the WG right? I thought Blackbeard might use him to gain influence, power with the WG somehow if they met.
Blackbeard associated animal is a hippo and they have 3 stomachs I think. Wapol wears a hippo skin/fur cloak thing and his fruit makes him like a human hippo too.
His fruit let's him eat anything like kirby and sort of turns him into a walking factory. he fused with his cronies using his DF too and did some weird Zoan-like transformations.
Wapol ate the Baku Baku no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit which allows him to expand his mouth and eat virtually anything, as well as transform his body to replicate the characteristics and function of whatever he's eaten in the most recent 24 hours.
Suneater Tamaki had a similar ability in MHA too.
