It’s implied that Mosa is in the Holy Land since they called Loki to tell them that they might not be able to talk for a while conveniently right around when it was revealed that the Holy Land is up in flames. Mosa also told Loki not to shout, possibly because Mosa is secretly talking on the den den mushi and doesn’t want to be found out.

@Monster Zoro's Tesla Supplier It doesn’t really make much sense for Jarul to be Mosa because why the fuck would he keep Loki chained up for years if he knew that Loki was actually innocent? This is Lolda though so who knows
