The fact Kaido, the same dude not doing shit against Imu right now was a raid boss event for Luffy that required a devil fruit retcon buff and Kaido being LITERALLY suicidal? Put Gear 5 Bonnie, a rejuvenated temporarily Prime Garp, Dragon, Luffy and literally whoever the fuck else you consider vaguely Top tier against Imu and they will BARELY win that shit together.

Imu is GOD TIER. Get that weak ass, irrelevant, power clfifed "Pirate King" shit OUT of my face!

IMU TOP 1 of ALL time man. Killed Nika in the first world. Killed Joyboy in the second. REAL final villain type aura!

Yeah, I call bullshit if Nikajebus Luffy soloes Imu at this point in time.

Oda doesn't care about power consistency as his fans though, so I can easily see him give Luffy some bullshit power up and then he pulls a super continent punch or whatever and punts Imu into deep space or some goofy shit.

Do you think Luffy will genuinely 1v1 Imu without either any of his very frequently used gimmicks of sleep and rest mid fight or heavy friend support?

People have for ages argued EOS Luffy will be above Imu and I do not get it. Luffy will likely only win due to HEAPS of bullshit both softening up Imu for him, and also allowing himself to rest / eat whatever else in between the fight.

Hell, personally, I suspect he will get his very own sage of six path upgrade mid fight where he eats the mother flame or some shit.

Luffy, on his own, without ANY help? As far as the story has shown us gets low-diffed by Imu. This is a avatar/puppet of Saturn for Imu, no shot that his real form is not at least twice as strong. And Luffy, not even EOS Luffy, is not gonna 1v1 THAT!

His haki in avatar form is like doing being felt through Elbaf and going to the outskirts of the island and Elbaf is huuuge, and is going way past GV island.

But yes what makes him OP is his powers, but hes no slouch haki wise.

I wank BM so I can wank Law. Only Law (and kidd I guess but his feats kinda sus) hurt BM srsly and made her beg for her life since Imu soloed god valley. Oda never fails to find a way to upscale Law indirectly. Always pay attention to dialogue you might js learn smth new about the polar bear man

Yeah, I don´t think there was ever a shonen MC who was stronger then the main villain at the end of their series. Buu remains above Goku in a fair fight, I think Yusuke remains under Raizen, Naruto remains weaker then Kaguya etc
