I lean on Imu being the supreme Demon Lord of the OP world or the Earth God of the planet since Xebec calls Imu 'The World/Sekai' rather than the 'Ruler of the World', and Dorry and Broggy refer to the Red Line as the blood-stained snake, which may mean that it is Imu's real body and Reverse Mountain is the heart... maybe.

I just hope it's an actual demon or spirit rather than just being some lucky noble chud who ate the Hito Hito/Kami Kami no Mi Model: Vearth God

Not really. Kaidou has hundreds of statements that place him above Gaban. His top 5 is just one more, which, by the way, hasn't changed here.

What's Kaidou's fault is that Gaban, an insanely well-known and legendary figure, is considered by the people that in a 1-on-1 match, Kaidou will beat him?

As far as I know, Kaidou beat Oden using nothing more and nothing less than his base form and Oden was more even with Roger than Gaban. Kaidou himself tells us this directly.

So the story wouldn’t had been in the Skypea arc in 5 years but in fact ahead. We also have no idea what he added to the skypea arc that wasn’t part of his original idea

His original idea was east blue then straight to yonko, so is Skypea even part of the original plan?

The chapter after this will be the end of the flashback? I mean Oda should get back to the scene where Harald get "killed" by the guards and there is the treasure stolen which is set, time wise, in the future of God Valley. It's easy to forget that this, is a flashback inside a flashback.
