I'm sorry to say this, but not everyone knows that Kaidou is protected by the plot armor of having been an adversary of Luffy's. Luffy's adversaries usually receive very good portrayals, take the most recent case, Lucci.

Luffy is known for performing miracles and the impossible. His defeat of Kaidou was a divine miracle, and we saw the enormous amount of help he received. Oda won't dismantle all this buildup by having Imu shoot Kaidou or something like that; he won't allow that, even against a 21-year-old rookie Kaidou.

Dorry was probably wounded offscreen, remember Imu conjured a dagger and a shotgun. As for the others, the reasons they were turned was because they were between turned Broggy and Dorry:



Its like a board game, two blacks on both side turn the entire row black.

Isn't that already implied in the spoilers? SaturnMu vs Xebec sounds mostly like a 1v1 aside from that one big attack.

I guess he could also be fighting him before WB and Kaidou stepped in, but it's not like he wasn't chopping SaturnMu to pieces by himself anyway.

People don’t understand that Oda’s power levels are just analogues for life experience. As your life experience grows, so does your power level. Your physical body getting weaker means nothing when your life experience continues to increase.

So yeah in short Old legends >> prime legends. This is why old Garp can detonate an island with a Haki nuke but “prime” Garp can’t even pull off a building sized Haki explosion

I’ve been saying this since the Oden flashback. Lol

I’ve literally been saying for years that the prime legends were over embellished frauds and all of their hype was fake.

- Kaidou asked Rocks to let him have a go too, but suddenly Linlin arrived flying on Zeus and attacked Kaidou. Roger finally arrived too and prepared to attack Imu.

Why would kaidou ask otherwise

I thought it was unclear with WB and kaido being here too but dude is throwing hands with the god tier of op alone
