Where's Sanji's Observation Haki that's so hyped up all the time? He shouldn't need to see Nusjuro's attack to react just as he didn't against the Future Sight connoisseur Katakuri and his jellybean attack. He was able to dodge that, yet not an attack from a guy he allegedly blitzed?

It would tell him where the attack would come from though. The "speed demon" should of been able to dodge the bite. He shouldn't need to know what's gonna attack him, but simply where the attack will be coming from to distance himself from the trajectory of the attack closing in on him. Zoro was able to react to King's explosion despite having no clue what Jackpot even was, yet Sanji couldn't at least coat himself in Armament in reaction to whatever counter Nusjuro was gonna deliver? There's something sus with how Sanji handled this encounter.

I'm honestly ignoring your faulty Jinbe boost logic for the sake of strengthening my own argument as it's pretty pathetic how "Zoro's equal" Sanji couldn't output anywhere near the AP Zoro did when he has the means to sustain high speeds in flight while Zoro's momentum will slow down and halt once he meets an powerful enough opposing force.

Scuffed marks are pretty much in the same areas before the fight with Lucci as they are after the fight. Got any proof Lucci did hit Zoro once throughout their bout?

It wouldn’t. That’s not what CoO does. CoO just tells you the attack. We get shown that in Skypeia. In the King example Zoro would’ve picked up King was going to attack with an explosion, so Zoro was able to coat haki. Sanji would’ve just been told Nusjuro was going to bite him, which how would he know a new head would pop up out of nowhere? That’s not an attack so it would have no intent. As such Sanji would’ve assumed the bite was going to come from the head Nusjuro had that was currently on fire. But it didn’t.

And unless you think Nusjuros bites can’t do serious damage to a human, it’s fair to assume Sanji used haki to defend himself since his exo wasn’t active.
