So Sanji was able to know the intention that Nusjuro will bite him, yet not the intent of how or where the attack will come from? That doesn't really make much sense tbh. He should know where Nusjuro's attack will come from as Nusjuro intends the attack to come out of his torso. And even still Sanji didn’t put up any defense against the attack.

Stussy simply tapping Sanji's face made a 'clink' sound effect, indicating that she's touching something metallic, yet his eyebrow's normal. His exoskeleton is likely always active. The swirl change likely indicates a change in Sanji's mentality. Anywho, Sanji permanently has enhanced durability regardless.

That’s how CoO was always explained every attack has an intent, and that intent can be heard using CoO. That’s how CoO works.

And Sanji canonically only has his exo active when his eyebrows flip as that’s the only time the germa genes are active

And Sanji should of gotten the hint that Nusjuro's intent was to attack him with a bite via through his torso as that was Nusjuro's intent, yet Sanji didn't even use the information as a so called "expert" of Observation Haki should.

And actually, when Queen broke his sword on Sanji's neck, his eyebrows were normal as well. In fact when his body was repairing itself, Sanji's eyebrows weren't flipped. There are multiple instances of Sanji's exoskeleton bring active despite his eyebrows being normal.

I don't even remember hearing that the Yokai his fruit is based off has 2 heads. This is all just headcanon from you
