Yami Yugi could easily be Indie too, unlike Yugi Moto he's not exactly moral until later in the series (and Yami Yugi = Dark Yugi). Given how the Pharaoh possession works I would say that makes a lot of sense.

atem can be indie if the flavor is all about millennium stuff

usually this is charlie's job to disect flavor and mechanics. gonna prefire him scum for not cooking
