Actually, Xebec may have initially dominated Kaidou and Big Mom as the spoilers describe — saying he defeated them is a very strong word. We really need to see panels of Big Mom and Kaidou knocked out. But Whitebeard trading blows with Xebec, even when Xebec is stronger than his normal version, tells us everything we need to know.

I believe Kaidou was thrown into a mountain and Big Mom got kicked, but we didn’t get any continuation (update) on their condition, and the spoiler guy already started assuming they were defeated. Domi Xebec going toe-to-toe with Whitebeard doesn’t look good for him, which is why Kaidou placed Whitebeard above Xebec in his top 5.
