He/She/It likes butterflies, and thinks very highly of themselves as a divine being (arguably with good reason) that is plenty of personality already. I know arguably just as much about Imu right now as I do about Kaido and Imu does not even have a face reveal yet while Kaido is havign a lava bath currently.
I doubt it, he didn't care too much for Nika or even Rayleigh popping up out of nowhere to block his kick. Conventional power doesn't move him (although you can argue this isn't conventional, but I simply doubt he would make much more of a face than the one he made facing Marco). This is why the Sanji moment hits different, it makes no sense.
Kaido at least has the excuse of being a rookie who just got his DF.
Anyone with a brain knew he would be hype tooled sooner or later. Even Kaido fans smelled it, they just wanted him to have some shine before that (which he kinda did).
I wonder what would be the excuse for Big Mom lmao. She is almost 30, should be kinda close to her prime.
At the same time, Oda didn't write Whitebeard be a hype tool.

Rocks basically asking Whitebeard to escape, while Whitebeard staying back out of loyalty alone by chalking up some excuse was a character moment. It was Oda rubber stamping that Whitebeard was the true first mate, and that he was also built different.
This is twice that Oda refused to hype tool Whitebeard by the way. Last time was with Garp.

Imu is the ultimate red herring, he's built up to be some kind of invincible foe, yet we get more and more hints that Teach prepared himself for Imu.
Imu fans are ignoring everything about the story, they don't care that Teach has been built up for decades while Imu was introduced in the final saga, they don't care that Luffy has more personal beef with Teach, they don't care that Teach is the story's only Anti-Luffy.
As for Luffy liberating the world, why can't he do that after BB gets power drunk and becomes the new King Of The World?

The Sanji thing is interesting because it's implied to straight up break the laws of physics. I'm curious if it will lead to anything.
I also kind of feel that Kizaru's intense reaction may also have had to do with his frayed mental state, since he was closing his eyes preparing to kill Bonney before it happened.
Anyways @Bakura I do agree he'd be surprised, but not as much as in EH..I think he'd take it in stride more quickly.
