I think this chapter proves that Sanji's at the level to where he can absolutely destroy vergo. He clashed with king and is most likely going to be able to tank king's attack(because Oda isn't going to have him get taken out at the start of the arc).

imo he's easily worth 500-600 mil at the moment. However I'm going to have to hold off on calling him YC level. It took luffy a lot of hard work to become that strong, and sanji was tbh only as strong as daifuku and oven back at WCI

Its not really who I want. But I do suspect that the guy from that Netflix movie "Tall Girl" will be Sanji. He looks really similar and I do think he could possibly pull it off. Plus hes in the Netflix family so it would make sense.
