Roger hype is obviously Shanks hype because he taught him smth at 15 years old then died
But Garp being Kuzan's mentor for decades and having a classic mentor disciple clash in Hachinosu doesn't mean anything

Garp's hype is Koby's hype but not his former protegee who he trained with for decades and was portrayed to have reached his level through battleship bags. This is how majority of the OP fans actually think

I will never forgive Oda

Vigilante was dope (can’t wait for the s’anime second part)

But even MHA had some dark themes and great moments, villains were kinda grounded (except Shiggy and Toga for a part), quirks making people go crazy, murders, outcasts, government fuckery etc etc

MHA had real good potential as a seinen or a more mature shonen
Tbh I think the villains needed more work. The heroes felt realistic but then you have spinner who’s basically a nobody and his story is shoved in there the final arc.

Yall aren’t ready for Oda to wank Garp > Rival Man Dodger, turns out we were reading a Marine manga all along. Lol

And just think, this Garp is Queen level according to France
