Maybe by pre-TS standards yeah, but since then fights outside of Luffy's are shorter, because of the sheer amount of characters involved in arcs these days. The only exceptions are Zoro and Sanji's fights with King and Queen.

lmfao Old Garp literally was ragdolling Kuzan and you here talking me about MF WB (the sick version) outperfoming him. No shit WB had more scenes, MF was a much longer arc than Hachinosu. It's like saying Xebec is weak because it technically took one chapter for him to get defeated

A version of Kuzan that was canonically wavering mentally and decided to use 1% of his top-tier fruit? Old Garp got matched in his own fighting style by a DF merchant who more than likely has awakening lol.

WB didn't just have more scenes, he has better feats. No one's saying Xebec is weak because even in this short space of time he has fantastic feats. If MF WB wasn't that strong, doesn't matter how long the arc is, he would've fell to the first cheapshot, or the 2nd, or the 3rd.
