Bruh this feels like the most illogical thing I've seen you say to me 
kaido sensing Oden and freezing is not the same as shanks stopping green bull, and joyboy stopping imu/gorosei.
(U say IMU feared joyboy because he is his natural enemy) tell me again how imu knew it was joyboy? Did imu know joyboy presence was anywhere on egghead?
Why didn't greenbull just stop in his tracks when shanks and crew were in the sea???
Answers: the knot filled with joy boy haki had not been released yet. Only when it was and it sent the gorosei back did imu know it was joyboy prescence/HAKI. Shanks had not channeled or released his coc haki towards gb stopping him.
There is a reason that oda had luffy say this is my peak (gear 5) vs kaido and yet during that same fight a few chapters later luffy hears from kaido abilities alone cannot do it haki transends all. Even now when we thought luffy/zoro had it mastered we get told luffy,zoro, and even monsteorus loki do not. The focus is there haki.
Also don't get me wrong I push haki transcends all, but I do believe luffy df power is important along with others. Ultimately oda story to me is about haki/willpower being the greatest... to not doubt that is true strength.

He put it on rocks name move and then take off again with other attacks and both of them did nothing to Imu.
Bet this chapter we see a lot of it and we already know it ineffective for most of the fight .
In harald vs rocks fight you see it on and off and it was it was effective .
It has nothing to do with critical strikes and Oda just being trash with drawing it.
Me saying he putting emphasis on CoC moves it being nice instead of saying is such trash power system in terms of how it done he is be lazy with it .
